Who are we?

Clear to Work Pty Ltd is an accredited agency of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) (formerly CrimTrac). We have the ability to perform nationwide police checks. We have access to the same databases as do the police departments for criminal background checks.

We are a broker for the Australian Federal Police (AFP), allowing us to provide AFP National Police Checks for:
  • Immigration, Visa, Overseas Employment, Citizenship
  • People living or working in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Jervis Bay Territory and external Commonwealth territories
  • People seeking employment with the Commonwealth Government or requiring a check under Commonwealth legislation
  • Overseas adoption

We are an Australian family owned business, based in Brisbane (Qld).

As an accredited agency of the ACIC, we access the National Police Checking Service (NPCS) to provide National Police History Checks. We access the same criminal history database that State Police jurisdictions use.

Our Police Checks are recognised Australia wide and cover all employer requirements and are also accepted for compliance purposes in Aged Care, Health Care, Finance (ASIC), and Child Care industries.

We provide police history checks to both individuals and businesses.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00 pm (Queensland time), excluding National and Queensland public holidays.
